In 1980, Scott Braun embarked on the journey of crafting aluminum stock car bodies, initially for himself and friends.
The lightweight yet robust bodies gained attention, leading to increased demand. Starting in his garage, Scott had to move to a larger facility to meet the growing needs.
Now, 40 years later, Performance Bodies stands as a leader in manufacturing aluminum stock car bodies and stocking over 12,000 parts.
The unwavering commitment to customers was evident during a major flood that hit their old location.
Despite challenges, the staff ensured their SAME DAY SHIPPING policy, using boats and even an old school bus to transport products.
