Drag Racing - IHRA Summit Super Series (Bracket Racing)


Speaker:Keith Luke is a Mechanical Engineer with John Deere Power System (Engine Engineering) at the Product Engineering Center in Waterloo, Iowa.  Keith has 6 years of experience with John Deere.  He is currently working on the Tier 3  9L and 13.5L Off-Road Emissions programs (January 2006 regulation date).  Keith is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla, with both a Bachelor and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He has been drag racing for almost 15 years.  Keith especially enjoys bracket racing.  He is currently enrolled in the IHRA Summit Super Series Bracket points program at Cedar Falls Raceway.  Keith races a 1973 Plymouth Barracuda with a 383 cubic inch engine and 727 torqueflite transmission, which will be on display prior to the meeting.
